School of International Exchange was established in February 2006 and is one of the earliest vocational colleges in the province to offer Sino foreign cooperative education programs. It has established inter school friendly relationships with 31 universities, including the University of Maine in France, the Highline College in the United States, the University of West London in the United Kingdom, the Saint Clair School of Applied Arts and Technology in Canada, Daegu University, Fuqing University, and Shinhan University in South Korea, and has offered more than 10 Sino foreign cooperative education programs. Actively responding to the the Belt and Road initiative, we launched education to study in China in 2017. We have successively recruited and trained more than 400 foreign students from 28 countries, established close cooperation with ASEAN, the African Union, and Portuguese speaking countries, built a political school enterprise cooperation platform, carried out international talent training of Chinese+vocational skills, actively promoted overseas education, established China Thailand Vocational Education Exchange Center, China Indonesia Vocational Skills Training Base, China Thailand Teachers and Students Overseas Internship and Research Base, Maldives China Malaysia Cultural Training Exchange Center, China Indonesia Teachers and Students Overseas Internship and Research Base, China Indonesia Zhenghe Workshop, Djibouti Zhenghe College (preparatory), China UAE Cultural Exchange Center and other overseas school running institutions, Going global Chinese funded enterprises cultivate localized talents. The school has successfully been selected as one of the first members of the China ASEAN Vocational Education Federation, the project college of the China ASEAN Double Hundred Vocational Schools Strong Cooperation Flagship Plan, the Jiangsu American Higher Vocational Education Cooperation Alliance and the Jiangsu Higher Vocational Colleges' the Belt and Road Talent Training Cooperation Alliance and other high-level education international platforms. 80% of the teachers in the college have overseas study backgrounds.
