Course Content: This course mainly teaches the mechanism of action, clinical application and adverse reactions of various drugs. Course content: This course is a pharmaceutical professional core course aiming at enabling students to master the chemical structure, physical and chemical properties of commonly used drugs, learn to analyze the structure and the physical and chemical properties of drugs, chemical stability and the relationship of their characteristics and to apply knowledge of physical and chemical properties of drugs to drug dispensing, preparation, analysis and inspection, storage, preservation, and clinical use. Students should master the basic operation skills of pharmaceutical chemistry experiment. This course is based on inorganic, organic, analytical chemistry and instrumental analysis, and is also the basis for further study of pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacology, pharmacy and other subsequent courses.
