IV. Training objectives

This talent training program is tailored to international students inChina. The “Chinese language + professional skill” training mode aims specifically to cultivate international students’ all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetic. Course Content: This course mainly teaches the mechanism of action, clinical application and adverse reactions of various drugs. After learning the course, students should master the basic knowledge and theory of pharmacology, various drugs commonly used in clinical practice, and their mechanism of action, usage and adverse reactions; and understand the basic skills of experimental operation of pharmacology.

Course content: This course is a pharmaceutical professional core course aiming at enabling students to master the chemical structure, physical and chemical properties of commonly used drugs, learn to analyze the structure and the physical and chemical properties of drugs, chemical stability and the relationship of their characteristics and to apply knowledge of physical and chemical properties of drugs to drug dispensing, preparation, analysis and inspection, storage, preservation, and clinical use. Students should master the basic operation skills of pharmaceutical chemistry experiment. This course is based on inorganic, organic, analytical chemistry and instrumental analysis, and is also the basis for further study of pharmaceutical analysis, pharmacology, pharmacy and other subsequent courses.

Course content: This course includes the basic theory of drug identification, inspection, and content determination; preparation inspection technology of drugs, common analysis methods and typical drug analysis in Chinese Pharmacopoeia. After learning the course, students should master the principle and operation skills of common analysis methods in pharmacopoeia, be familiar with the analysis of common drugs, have the preliminary ability to carry out comprehensive quality control of drugs, and be competent for drug detection-related work.

Course content: This is a pharmaceutical core technical and skill course. It includes the preparation theory, preparation process, quality control and rational use of pharmaceutical preparations; characteristics, quality requirements, preparation methods and quality inspection methods of various commonly used dosage forms; common accessories and packaging materials; changes in compatibility of pharmaceutical preparations. After learning the course, students should master the basic knowledge and skills of pharmaceutical preparation production, dispensing, quality control and rational application.

Course content: This is a vocational core course for pharmaceutical major, and a comprehensive course by synergizing medicinal botany and pharmacognosy. It includes basic knowledge of morphology, anatomy and classification of medicinal plants, basic theories of name, source, extraction, identification, chemical composition, quality evaluation, cell tissue culture, medical use and resource development and utilization of natural drugs. After learning the course, students should master the common natural medicine, as well as the basic theory and experimental operation skills of the subject.
