Through market survey and analysis, graduates of midwifery major are mainly engaged in clinical midwifery, clinical nursing and maternal and child health care in specialized obstetrics and gynecology hospitals, general hospitals, maternity and child health care hospitals, community health service centers, maternity care centers, family planning institutions and medical and health institutions at all levels.

Course content: This course treats maternal care, childbirth and neonatal nursing care as a whole in the life cycle, and promotes and maintains the maternal and child health with the

The course includes common health problems of the maternal and infant in pregnancy, intrapartum and puerperal periods and their physiological, psychological and social characteristics.
