IV. Training objectives
This talent training program is tailored to international students in China. The “Chinese language + professional skill” training mode aims specifically to cultivate international students’ all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique and aesthetic. Students should master the basic knowledge, theories and practice of electrical automation technology, strong professional skills and practical work ability, and become high-quality technical personnel who can work in electrical control equipment and system installation, commissioning, maintenance, design and technical management.

Main positions: Production or management of enterprise automation control equipment and automation instrument; debugging, maintenance and design of enterprise control and management automation, power drag automatic control system, power supply and distribution system, automation and modern intelligent control equipment; technical supervisor of automation control engineering project; enterprise automation equipment operation, operation management and maintenance.

Course content: This course is the most important basic course and prerequisite course for other electric major classes. It serves as an introductory course to other electric major classes. It includes basic laws of circuits, resistance circuit, sine AC circuit, three-phase circuit and circuit dynamic analysis.

Course name: Application of Simulated Electronic Technology
Course nature: Vocational basic course, 72 hours, 4.5 credits
Prerequisite courses: Advanced Mathematics, Control Circuit Analysis
Course content: This course includes basic circuits, semiconductor diodes, bipolar transistor, basic circuits, field-effect tube and basic circuit, integrated operational amplifier circuit, frequency response, feedback, analog integrated circuit system, modern analog integrated circuit technology, power circuit and system, etc. The course does not only teaches basic concepts and principles, but also introduces the development trend of electronic technology. It also includes the content of computer aided design of integrated circuit and analog electronic circuit.

Course content: This course includes basic logic operations and integrated logic gates, Boolean algebra and simplification of logic functions, computational logic circuits, flip-flops, sequential logic circuits, generation and transformation of pulse waveform, D/A and A/D conversion. While focusing on basic theories and emphasizing the medium- and large-scale integrated circuit, this course highlights the application in practical work so that students are better equipped with the ability to apply skills in analyzing and solving problems in real work.

Course content: This course is a professional basic course of electrical engineering and its automation. It researches basic electromagnetic theory of various kinds of motors, including knowledge in circuit, electromagnetism, mechanics, engineering materials, mechanical principles, etc. It also teaches basic principles and application of DC motor, DC motor power drag, transformer, AC motor windings, electromotive force and flux potential, asynchronous motor, three-phase asynchronous motor power drag, stepping motor and servo motor.

It also introduces the types and performance of microcontrollers commonly used in China.
